Since 2007, he has been developing the TWI program in Poland. He is the author of over 50 articles on TWI and Lean Management, which were published in several countries, and also the author of a book about Lean and the TWI program. He has performed at many international conferences. He currently cooperates with Cooper Standard (Automotive) as a TWI Global
Coach supporting the implementation of TWI in over 60 plants on 4 continents. He gained experience under the watchful eye of international specialists: Marek Piatkowski – former Canadian Toyota director, and Richard Abercrombie - former Boeing manager.
He has run projects for, among others: Volvo, Philips Lighting Poland, Electrolux Poland, HJ Heinz Polska, Black Red White, IKEA Polska, Klose Fabryka Mebli, Autoliv Polska, Yagii Automotive, Tarczyński S.A.
PhD Bartosz Misiurek
Currently, he is a managing partner in the LeanTrix company and a master Trainer for Europe.
He has run projects for, among others: Lotte Wedel, Danone, Kompania Piwowarska, Lorenz Bahlsen, eobuwie.pl, Arvato, Whirlpool, B/S/H, Geberit, RECARO, Cooper Standard, Tenneco, Sumitomo Electric, Jost Polska, Stadler, UPM Raflatac , Vesuvius Poland.
He runs lectures for postgraduate students at the WSB University in Wroclaw about issues related to the TWI program. He is the author and co-author of several publications concerning the TWI program.
